Class `HtmlHr`

This widget represents the HTML horizontal rule element. It supports the following attributes:

size - The thickness of the rule in pixels.
width - The length of the rule. It is a string represeting an integer
color - The color of the rule. It is a string of the form "#rrggbb", where "rr", "gg", "bb" represent the hexadecimal value of the red, green and blue components of the color.
noshade - A boolean value signaling if the rule should be solid (true) or drawn with a shade (false).
